Open Awareness Facilitation:
Where appropriate, I will incorporate perspective shifting tools guiding you into open awareness. These practical aspects of the coaching will help you access altered states of consciousness and new ways of approaching challenges.

Inner Child & Shadow Work:
During these practices, we will work together to uncover the root of patterns and behaviours which do not serve you. By making the unconscious conscious, you will be empowered to be a free, self-actualising, individuated person.

Is a Life Coach worth it?

Honestly, there is currently lots of malpractice and exploitation in the field of sacred healing, guidance, coaching and therapy. There is lots of support out there for those who feel they have been misled or subject to malpractice.

I have spent many years engaging in personal research, attending lectures and conferences, connecting with leaders in their fields, qualifying in coaching and counselling skills and actually experiencing the imaginal on my journey to understand the nature of reality and myself. Above all, the most significant thing I have developed is my ability to help others. There are lots of people who will preach they have 'the answers' - I will never tell you what is True or who you are; my role is to ask questions, highlight patterns, challenge you and recommend tools which facilitate your journey and your goals in relation to who you are.
